- Analyze loan opportunities in different industries and countries to understand their potential and risks.
- Understand the challenges faced by the business and convert into data problems with asking right questions and finding answers through data.
- Having the ability to work with multiple data sources with handling data in various formats easily, including both structured and unstructured data Bureau understanding.
- Make dashboards/BI ability to draw conclusions and insights from data.
- Having strong logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
- Perform comprehensive sector and market analyses to evaluate the borrower’s operational landscape and prevailing economic factors.
- Engage directly with clients to reconcile conflicting data, retrieve outstanding documentation, and align on analytical frameworks.
- Dig deep into industry trends and market data to really understand the borrower’s business world.
- Talk regularly with clients to clear up missing details, fix confusing data, and explain how you are looking at the numbers.
- We welcome applications from early-career professionals possessing 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Desired Skill for Business Analyst
- Graduate from any stream qualification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Understand the business deeply and convert business problems into data science and analytical problems.
- Strong understanding of Bureau data.
- Proficiency in DAX.
- Develop the BI dashboards using SQL/Power BI/ Advance Excel/ R/ Python / Databricks
- Develop a strong understanding of business drivers and how data is used to drive decisions and behaviours.
- Having the ability to work with multiple stakeholders with terms of Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations, Product.
- Present results of models/analytical solutions to management.
