The role involves interpreting data and creating information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to improve a business and influence decisions. It measures performance parameters such as automation done, on-time delivery, CSAT score, zero customer escalation, and data accuracy.
Job Responsibility and roles of Data Analyst L3
- The project involves managing the technical scope, gathering information from various sources, developing record management processes, building and maintaining relationships within the client base, providing sales data, proposals, and account reviews, identifying areas for efficiency and automation, setting up and maintaining automated data processes, evaluating and implementing external services for data validation and cleansing, and producing and tracking key performance indicators.
- Data sets are analyzed and provided adequate information, including liaising with clients, designing and conducting surveys, interpreting complex data sets, preparing reports using business analytics tools, creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations, mining and analyzing large datasets, and developing predictive models to share insights with clients. This ensures the project is completed in line with requirements and meets the needs of the client.
