Job Description for Business Intelligence Analyst, People Analyst

  • To provide insight to decision makers, it analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
  • Based on the business data and market knowledge creates forecasts, recommendations and tactical plans. 
  • Designs detailed specifications for analytical reports based on organizational objectives and accessible data. 
  • Accountable for contributing to the definition, development, enhancement and tracking of metrics and dashboard requirements to deliver results and provide insight and recommendation on trends.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams using data analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful and provide actionable and comprehensive insights.
  • Candidates must know how to analyze the data across various platforms, including social media, present trends and patterns. 
  • Design and maintain business intelligence reports and analytics.
  • Extract and analyze data, statistics, information from various sources, interpret and produce the relevant reports, summaries, briefing notes that will be used to inform business decisions.
  • Works with a variety of internal stakeholders to translate needs into data esports, data insights and extracts.
  • Enhances dashboards and charts to make complex information consumable and highly actionable.
