Cybersecurity is nothing but protecting our system or the digital infrastructure from hackers or digital attacks to unauthorized access. In this there are multiple things involved like a firewall, encryption, security protocol threat monitoring and integrity. 

But the main thing which is done in cybersecurity is protecting their data, threat detection, risk management, incident response, compliance and regulation, network security, user education and access control.

Cybersecurity Analyst is a crucial and critical role because they need to protect the sensitive data of organizations and businesses. The goal of a Cyber Security analyst is monitoring, preventing and responding to incidents, which can be performed in organizations.  

In today’s world the rate of cyber attacks will increase, so the demand for cyber security analysts is increased. So this is a highly demanding job role. To become a cyber security analyst you have hands on practice so you can protect the organization data and cyber threats.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Analyzing Threats: In this we can monitor the system and network from the security breaches.
  • investigate: in this we can firstly investigate, analyze and then respond to the cyber incident.
  • conducting the vulnerability Assessment: In this assessment, we can conduct the risk assessment and scan for the vulnerabilities. 
  • Implementation of Security Measures: We can implement our security measures like deploying the firewall, encryption and also maintain and update the security tools and in the system.
  • Incident Response:  If any cyber attack is performed, we can quickly respond to these attacks and analyze our damage and also make a plan for the future incidence. 
  • Report and Documentations: This week and make a report and documentation of the incident. We can implement the security best practices and policies.
  • Train the Employee: We can arrange the security best programmed for the analyst or the employee. Train all the Staff on cyber security awareness.
